Participants in the Heavy Machinery & Equipment Exploring Post will gain hands-on exposure to the construction industry through real-world learning experiences. Youth will explore the fundamentals of grading, asphalt work, and surveying while learning how heavy equipment operates in active job environments under the guidance of industry professionals. Participants will build practical skills, strengthen safety awareness, and develop a deeper understanding of careers in construction and infrastructure.

Participants must wear composite or steel-toed boots, long pants, and shirts with sleeves at all meetings.
