Scout Programs

	Cub Scouting Cub Scouting is a year-round family program designed for boys who are about 7 to 10 years old. Parents, leaders, and organizations work together to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting.
	Boy Scouting Boy Scouting is a year-round program for boys around ages 11 - 17. Through the Boy Scout program, young men can achieve the core objectives of strengthening character, personal fitness and good citizenship.
	Varsity Scouting Varsity Scouting is a program of the Boy Scouts of America for youth ages 14 through 17. It was developed as a way to keep older boys challenged physically and mentally.
	Venturing Venturing is a youth development program of the Boy Scouts of America for young men and women who are around 14 through 20 years of age. Venturing's purpose is prepare young people to become responsible and caring adults. Sea Scouts
	Order of the Arrow (OA) This is Scouting's National Honor Society. The Order of the Arrow recognizes Scouts and Scouters who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives. The OA can help strengthen troops by providing leadership training and opportunities for OA members and by assisting in summer camp promotion, camporees, Scout shows, and other activities.
	Learning for Life Learning for Life offers seven programs designed to support schools and community-based organizations in their efforts to prepare youth to successfully handle the complexities of contemporary society and to enhance their self-confidence, motivation, and self-esteem. The seven programs focus on character development and career education. Learning for Life programs help youth develop social and life skills, assist in character and career development, and help youth formulate positive personal values. It prepares youth to make ethical decisions that will help them achieve their full potential.
	Soccer and Scouting The Soccer and Scouting program brings together the most exciting and fastest growing youth sport in the U.S. with the nations foremost youth program of character development and value-based leadership training. The Soccer and Scouting program is open to all Hispanic/Latino youth (boys and girls) 6-11 years of age.
