We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A minimum of $25.00 can be charged through this online payment option. Refunds cannot be processed through this site; contact the Council Office at 919.872.4884 and ask for the Finance Assistant for FOS.

Your credit card will be charged only for this payment; this will not setup as a draft on your card. If you would like to have your card charged each month, please contact the Council Office at 919.872.4884 and ask for the Finance Assistant for FOS or simply pay each month online.
