Roundtable meets on the third Thursday of each month at  Glendale Heights United Methodist Church, 908 Leon Street, Durham, NC. Social at 7:00 pm, meeting begins at 7:30 pm.

District Committee meets on the fourth Monday of the month at the Durham Lion's Club, 1850 Hillandale Road, Durham, NC.  Meeting time 7:00 pm.

Commissioners Staff meets on the third Monday of the month at the Original Q Shack, 2510 University Drive, Durham, NC.  Meeting time 6:00 pm.

Eluwak Chapter, Order of the Arrow meetings are held the third Thursday of each month month at Glendale Heights United Methodist Church, 908 Leon Street, Durham, NC. Meeting begins at 7:00 pm.
