Starting April 1st,  units no longer require Tour and Activity Plans for out-of-council outings. The purpose of the the plans was deemed outmoded as leaders have much more resources these days to ensure safe plans and to reduce workload on council staff.         The Triangle Nonprofit and Volunteer Leadership Center
